4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Other Members: Your profile information (name, industry, bio, what you offer/seek) is visible to other approved members of the community. Direct messages are only visible to the sender and recipient.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services (such as Supabase for data hosting, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, Microsoft Clarity for anonymized usage analytics, and Stripe for payment processing) that may process your data on our behalf.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. To understand how the platform is used and improve it over time, we use the following tools:

  • Vercel Analytics— aggregated, cookieless page-view data (which pages are viewed, traffic sources, device type).
  • Microsoft Clarity— anonymized usage analytics that may include session recordings and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with the site. Form inputs and sensitive fields are automatically masked before they leave your browser. We use this only to find bugs and improve the experience — we do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser, or by contacting us at the email below to request your data be excluded.

9. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via the platform or email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
